Jackets make final decision on safety

The Georgia Tech football team received some bad news on Monday afternoon when head coach Paul Johnson announced one of their top players would not return this season due to an injury. Cooper Taylor will miss the rest of the 2009 season and the team will apply for a medical redshirt for Taylor to get back his year. Taylor fell ill during the Miami game and was diagnosis with Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome, a heart abnormality after blacking out on the sideline. Johnson said he should be able to get the redshirt.
